When you received our machine, please install the machine as following instructions.
1) It must be fixed by foot screws before starts running for its stand structure.
2) You should examine whether the set bolts of cutters are fasten and the gaps among cutters are reasonable before trial, when everything is all right then start the machine for trial run.
3) The electric components should be earthed reliably.
4) The direction of motor rotating should be the same as the arrowhead and reversal is not allowed.
5) Please check the set bolts of cutters after running 50 hours to avoid damaging the parts if the bolts become loose.
6) The machine must be stopped and electric power must be cut off when clear bugs and examine parts.
7) You may need to change different sizes of screens to get different sizes of particles. We equip one screen with the machine and you can order other size screen according to your real requirement.
