Product Description
The horizontal ribbon blender is a basic industrial blender. They basically consist of a grooved housing with a semicircular bottom (usually 2 to 3 times longer than the width), fitted with a horizontal longitudinal shaft on which are mounted arms that support a combination of ribbon blades, paddles or helical screws set in A gap fairly close to the semicircular mixer body so that no layer of material remains on the bottom of the ribbon mixer. The most efficient ribbon layout design is a double helix, where the outer ribbon moves the product in one direction and the inner ribbon moves the product in the opposite direction.

Working principle
It is composed of U-shaped stirring body, belt parts, frame and transmission device. Double-layer belt assembly design, the outer layer pushes the material into the center area, and the inner layer pushes the material to the edge at the same time, and the mixing process is completed by convective motion, obtaining high uniformity and efficiently shortening the mixing time. The discharge port of this machine is located in the middle/side bottom of the mixing cylinder, and is driven on/off by a pneumatic valve to ensure that there is no dead angle in the discharge/mixing process.
