Working principle
The QLDJ series fluidized bed jet mill consists of an air supply unit, a feeding unit, a grinding unit, a powder classification unit, and a powder collection unit. Fresh compressed air from the air supply unit is mixed with particles from the feeding unit in the grinding chamber to form a gas-solid phase flow. The supersonic airflow generated by the ejector causes the particles to collide with each other and crush them. Then, the particles that reach the required fineness are released by the classification device on the top of the machine, and are collected and packaged by the powder collection device.
